Return & Refund Policy

At ThinkSuite™ Shop, our products are thoughtfully designed and produced on demand, including proprietary leadership tools and custom-printed resources. Please review the information below carefully before placing your order.


Print-on-Demand Physical Products

All physical products sold through ThinkSuite™ Shop are made to order, including but not limited to custom-printed card decks produced through MakePlayingCards (MPC) and other third-party manufacturing partners.

Because these products are custom-printed and created specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering errors, incorrect selections, or normal wear and tear.

We will, however, replace or refund a product if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • There is a manufacturing defect or misprint

  • The incorrect item was received

To request a replacement or refund, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Approved claims will be resolved through a replacement or refund, at our discretion.


Digital Products

All digital products, downloads, and online resources are non-refundable once access has been delivered or the product has been downloaded, due to the nature of digital content.


Proprietary Tools & Intellectual Property

ThinkSuite™ tools, card decks, journals, and related materials are protected intellectual property. Refunds will not be issued for products that have been opened, accessed, used, or downloaded, except for verified manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors as outlined above.


Shipping & Delivery Issues

If an order is lost in transit or significantly delayed, please contact us promptly. We will work with our fulfillment partners to investigate and resolve the issue in accordance with carrier and manufacturer policies.


Exclusions

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Customer-provided address errors

  • Delays caused by carriers beyond our control

  • Damage resulting from misuse or improper handling
