These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ThinkSuite™ Shop (the “Site”), operated by Pamela J. Green Solutions, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or purchasing from ThinkSuite™ Shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.

1. About ThinkSuite™ Shop

ThinkSuite™ Shop offers proprietary leadership tools, custom-printed physical products, digital resources, and related materials designed to support strategic thinking and professional development. Products are offered in both physical and digital formats and are intended for professional and educational use.

2. Eligibility

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3. Products & Fulfillment

Physical Products

Most physical products sold through ThinkSuite™ Shop are custom-printed on demand, including proprietary card decks and tools produced by third-party manufacturing partners such as MakePlayingCards (MPC), Printful, and other fulfillment providers.

Because products are made to order:

  • Availability may vary

  • Production and shipping timelines are estimates

  • Minor variations in color, materials, or finish may occur

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically once purchase is complete. Delivery may include downloads, emailed access, or account-based access.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of purchase and is processed securely through Shopify and its authorized payment processors.

We reserve the right to:

  • Change prices at any time

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Cancel orders resulting from pricing inaccuracies

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our Return & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of this agreement. Please review it carefully before purchasing.

In summary:

  • Custom print-on-demand physical products are non-returnable except in cases of manufacturing defects, damage, or fulfillment errors

  • Digital products are non-refundable

  • Claims must be submitted within the stated timeframe and include required documentation

6. Intellectual Property

All content and products sold through ThinkSuite™ Shop — including but not limited to card decks, frameworks, methodologies, text, designs, graphics, trademarks, logos, and digital resources — are the exclusive intellectual property of Pamela J. Green Solutions, LLC or its licensors.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or resell products

  • Share digital products outside of permitted use

  • Create derivative works

  • Use content for commercial training, facilitation, or resale without prior written permission

Purchase of a product grants a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal or internal professional use only.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Site or products to:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations

  • Infringe intellectual property rights

  • Misrepresent affiliation with ThinkSuite™ or Pamela J. Green Solutions, LLC

  • Share, sublicense, or resell proprietary materials

  • Attempt to interfere with Site operations, security, or functionality

8. Disclaimer

All products are provided for educational and professional development purposes only. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or business performance. Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pamela J. Green Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or products.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pamela J. Green Solutions, LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site, products, or violation of these Terms.

The Site relies on third-party platforms and providers, including Shopify, payment processors, and fulfillment partners. We are not responsible for the independent actions, policies, or service interruptions of these third parties.
