Order Processing
All physical products sold through ThinkSuite™ Shop are custom produced on demand after an order is placed. This includes proprietary card decks produced through MakePlayingCards (MPC) and other third-party manufacturing partners, as well as items fulfilled through print-on-demand providers.
Because products are made to order:

Orders typically enter production within 2–5 business days

Production timelines may vary by product and volume

Orders are not eligible for cancellation once production has begun
Shipping Timelines
Once production is complete, orders are shipped using standard shipping methods selected by our fulfillment partners.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once the order has shipped.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional reshipment fees.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically and do not involve shipping. Access details will be provided after purchase.
